JAIL KITCHEN

Christine Ferenbaugh, C.D.M., C.F.P.P., and her staff provide daily meals for the inmates and some employees of the Sheriff's Office.  Ms. Ferenbaugh is a Certified Dietary Manager and a Certified Food Protection Professional.

The meals and nutrition content are mandated through the State of Ohio.  Some inmates have special dietary needs, which are met by the kitchen staff. 

In 2001, the jail kitchen served 46,416 meals to inmates.
